- All products listed (wheat flour, maize flour, rice, sugar, oats, millet, and related items) are subject to availability.

- Prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KES) or as displayed and are subject to change without notice.

- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason (suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock issues, etc.).

- Images of products are for illustration only; actual packaging may vary.

3. Intellectual Property

- All content on the Website (text, logos, images, trademarks "Hiba Flour Millers") is owned by or licensed to us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

- The Website and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Website or purchase of products.

- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

5. Delivery and Risk

- Delivery timelines are estimates only.

- Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided.

- We partner with reputable courier companies; any claims for damaged or lost goods must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

6. Returns and Refunds

- Perishable food items (flour, rice, sugar, oats, millet) are generally non-returnable unless damaged or defective upon receipt.

- Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery with proof of purchase and photos of damage/defect.

- Refunds will be processed within 14 days via the original payment method.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

- These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya.

- Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. Failing that, it shall be referred to the courts of Kenya.

8. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, war, strikes, government restrictions, supply chain disruptions, etc.).

9. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
